At Gourmet Paprika we grow Green, Red, Yellow and Orange Capsicum. Our glasshouses located in Woodhill, West Auckland grows Capsicum with the temperatures, humidity and light intensity controlled by computers. The capsicums are grown under glass using hydroponic type method where each plant is individually fed with water and fertilizer, to ensure that each capsicum meets the highest quality.
